Komo Kulshan Ski Swap takes place this weekend in Bellingham

The Komo Kulshan Ski Swap is scheduled for October 17 and 18 at Bloedel Donovan Park gym in Whatcom County, WA. This event offers skiers and snowboarders access to a variety of new and used winter sports gear, including skis, snowboards, boots, and clothing. Regular hours are 3:00 to 9:30 p. m. on Friday and 8:00 a.

m. to 2:00 p. m. on Saturday, with entry fees set at $10 for individuals and $25 for families on Saturday. All entry fees and a portion of sales benefit the Komo Kulshan Ski Club's scholarship program and The Mount Baker Race Team.

The scholarship program assists deserving youth by covering costs for equipment rentals and lift tickets. The Mount Baker Race Team competes in events throughout the region, promoting youth engagement in skiing.
