Local authorities are seeking assistance in locating Justin Fisher, a 41-year-old U. S. citizen missing since October 2023. Fisher was last reported seen in White Rock, Canada, where a backpack containing his belongings was discovered about 300 feet from the shoreline. His family indicated they last communicated with him approximately one week prior to the backpack's discovery.

Investigators believe his disappearance is not linked to criminal activity. Fisher is described as a 6-foot-tall white male with gray balding hair and brown eyes, raising concerns about his well-being. The search highlights the cross-border cooperation between local and Canadian law enforcement agencies. Authorities encourage anyone with relevant information to reach out to the White Rock RCMP.
