Authorities located 15-year-old Kamran Finkbonner, who had been missing from Ferndale, WA. He was last seen on September 29 at 9 a. m. at the 5800 block of Golden Eagle Drive. Finkbonner, who is autistic, was described as needing clear instructions and was wearing black sweatpants and a T-shirt at the time of his disappearance.
