Whatcom County Superior Court will host a traveling court session on September 8 at 9 a. m. in Lynden to update residents on the water adjudication process. This session will feature a monthly status update from the adjudication Steering Committee, comprising various local stakeholders. After the court proceedings, community members can attend a session at the Lynden Senior Center from 1-3 p.

Engaging the community in this process is essential to ensure transparency and understanding.
