Motorcyclist killed in crash on North Cascades Highway

He could not stop in time, resulting in a fatal collision. Feller was pronounced dead at a Skagit County firehouse shortly after the incident. Authorities confirmed that neither drugs nor alcohol played a role in the crash.

The driver of the car, a 28-year-old woman from Concrete, is under investigation, but it is unclear if charges will be filed.
