Motorcyclist hospitalized following hit-and-run crash on Highway 20

A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash on Highway 20 in Skagit County early Wednesday morning. According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred when a pickup truck turned in front of the motorcycle, forcing the rider to crash. The 46-year-old motorcyclist was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Four passengers in the pickup truck were unharmed in the incident. Authorities have not disclosed details about the driver, nor is it clear if they remained at the scene after the crash.
