m. , with the vessel in 2-foot waves and 15-knot winds. A good Samaritan successfully rescued one fisherman, while the other was declared deceased after receiving life-saving measures. Capt. Micheal Hunt highlighted the importance of local responders and good Samaritans during emergencies at sea.
