The Old Fashioned Fourth of July celebration at Blaine-Birch Bay Park begins with a pancake breakfast at 8 a. m. and includes a street fair, parade, and fireworks display at 10:30 p. m.

Semiahmoo Resort will host a Paint and Sip event and a Summer BBQ with live music, offering stunning views of the fireworks. On Saturday, the Fairhaven Chicken Fest invites families to enjoy live music, carnival games, and unique contests from noon to 4 p. m. The Bellingham Bells will play a three-game series against the Port Angeles Lefties, adding a sports-themed option for fans. These activities foster community engagement and provide opportunities for family fun during the holiday.
