Bellevue's Cultural Conversations will host an engaging session on October 17, centered on the vital topics of building bridges and leaving a legacy. Fadumo Roble, a representative from the city's Mini City Hall, will facilitate this roundtable discussion, inviting community members to explore ways to inspire unity and kindness. The event will feature co-hosts Violet Mwandenga, Tshishiku Henry, and Otgon Yondon, each bringing unique experiences and expertise to the conversation. Mwandenga, a life coach, has a poignant story of overcoming adversity that drives her mission to empower immigrants and survivors of domestic violence. Henry, as the Refugee Congress delegate for Washington state, focuses his nonprofit efforts on supporting refugees and advocating for human rights.

Yondon's extensive experience in public service and finance will provide participants with valuable insights into financial strategies. A light dinner will be offered to foster a welcoming environment for dialogue.
