Through the Lens of Vivian Hsu, Photographer Extraordinaire

Vivian Hsu, a gifted photographer whose artistic journey began under the influence of her dance teacher mother in Taiwan, found her true calling in photography during high school. After attending the Art Institute of Seattle, she opted for a freelance path, which allowed her to work with prominent local publications and high-profile clients like Microsoft and Nordstrom. Hsu has made significant contributions to the local fashion scene, documenting events such as The Bravern Fashion Week and Bellevue Fashion Week. Recently, she has shifted her focus towards the event world, taking on the role of Recreation Assistant for the City of Bellevue. This position allows her to blend her photography skills with event planning, as she supports community engagement through various events, including the Bellevue 4th of July Fireworks Show.

Hsu expresses her enthusiasm for the social aspects of events, emphasizing the importance of community and connection.
