Skanska's Eight Development, a 25-story LEED Gold building, is also honored, having achieved 72% leasing by January 2024. Sterling Realty Organization transformed Symetra's lobby, creating a modern space for conferences and community engagement. Vulcan Real Estate's Tower555 and West Main complex are recognized for their significant impact on the downtown skyline and business district.
