Bellwether 2018, an innovative arts festival in Downtown Bellevue, runs from September 14th to 23rd, featuring over 50 artists and a plethora of engaging events. The festival opens with a lively party at the Bellevue Art Museum, offering guests food, music, and art-making opportunities. Each day introduces unique performances, such as Margie Livingston's action painting, where she will drag a canvas around Downtown Park, inviting the public to witness the evolving artwork. Additionally, Mandy Greer's daily guided meditation series examines themes of loss, resiliency, and wonder in the park's gardens. The weekend highlights include performances in Compass Plaza and a solo work by Guillermo Gómez-Peña, addressing the future of the Americas through performance art.

On September 16th, attendees can participate in a rigorous workshop with La Pocha Nostra, known for their impactful artistic and anthropological experiments.
