FogRose Atelier, a beloved dessert eatery in Downtown Bellevue, has officially reopened after a 20-month hiatus caused by the pandemic. Initially launched as a liquid nitrogen ice cream shop in 2018, it quickly transformed into Bellevue's first dessert-forward restaurant, quickly gaining popularity. Owner Quyen Dang shared her emotional journey, describing the heartbreak of the forced closure but expressing joy at the opportunity to return to full operations. The restaurant has reintroduced its Afternoon Tea program, offering an array of teas and delicate desserts, while also providing an Afternoon Tea kit for those who prefer enjoying their treats at home. In addition to this, FogRose Atelier has launched a craft cocktail bar, featuring specialty drinks designed to complement their dessert offerings.

Dang's transition from civil engineering to the culinary world reflects her passion for creating visually stunning desserts. The reopening marks a significant milestone for both the business and the community, reinforcing the importance of local establishments.
