Tim Larson, the director of marketing and operations, upholds the philanthropic legacy of the restaurant's management, which previously operated a charitable catering company. Located within Hotel 116, Dwn Undr offers a unique dining experience featuring hand-crafted food, drinks, and games designed for stress relief. Owner James Schmidt emphasizes the importance of fostering a community-focused atmosphere for healthcare workers and local residents to unwind. With a giant adult playground and a diverse menu, Dwn Undr has become a popular destination in Downtown Bellevue.
