Jennifer Leavitt, vice president of marketing at Kemper Development Company, expresses joy in seeing families return year after year, often in coordinated holiday attire, creating a cherished tradition. This year introduces the Snow Belles, a new dance group showcasing unique choreography, enhancing the vibrant parade. Leavitt emphasizes the importance of community collaboration in managing the operational and safety aspects of this large-scale event, with local police and fire departments ensuring a safe environment for attendees.
