Water Grill, a celebrated seafood restaurant chain, has launched its first location in the Pacific Northwest in Downtown Bellevue, Washington, enriching the local dining scene. Founded in 1989 in California, Water Grill is dedicated to sourcing high-quality seafood and will continue this tradition in Bellevue with a menu that adapts to seasonal availability. Employing nearly 200 staff members, the restaurant positions itself as a community partner, supporting local fishermen and seafood farms. Signature dishes such as Wild Alaskan black cod and New England Lobster Rolls offer a unique culinary experience, complemented by one of the largest selections of Pacific and Eastern oysters in the country, featuring 14 varieties available daily. The first-of-season program allows guests to enjoy the freshest catches, ensuring a vibrant dining experience throughout the year.
