Evergreens' New Lemon-Centric Menu Items Helps Wishes Come True

Bellevue, WALocal News

Evergreens, a beloved healthy eatery in the Pacific Northwest, has launched a new lemon-centric menu in collaboration with Make-A-Wish Alaska & Washington and Make-A-Wish Oregon, running throughout the summer. For every entrée sold from this special menu, $1 will be donated to support the wishes of children battling life-threatening medical conditions. The initiative includes engaging storefront lemonade stands and lemon grab prizes, fostering a sense of community and fun. The new offerings, available until September 16, feature vibrant dishes like the 'Citrus Got Real' salad and 'Straight Outta Sorrento' wrap, along with refreshing lemonade and lemon cookies. Previous recipients of Make-A-Wish will be present at the lemonade stands to share their heartfelt experiences.

CEO Laila Cook emphasizes the importance of community support and healthy meals in making a significant impact. With a fundraising goal of $10,000, Evergreens is devoted to turning sour moments into sweet ones for local children. This partnership not only enhances the dining experience but also enriches the community by promoting awareness and support for a noble cause.
