Evergreen Point Bistro to Open its Doors in Bellevue Sept 18

Bellevue, WALocal News

Evergreen Point Bistro is poised to open its doors to the public on September 18, located in The Watermark at Bellevue, a senior living community that recently welcomed its first residents. This opening is particularly noteworthy as it diverges from the common practice of senior living facilities keeping their dining options exclusive to residents. Under the guidance of Chef Sam Litvak, the bistro will feature a rotating monthly menu filled with local ingredients, offering lunch and dinner options. The inaugural menu will include dishes such as a classic Caesar salad, BBQ brisket sandwich, and wild mushroom flatbread, complemented by a selection of beer and wine from Washington State. With a capacity for 53 guests, Evergreen Point Bistro will operate from 12 pm to 8 pm daily, providing a welcoming atmosphere for diners.

The Watermark at Bellevue is part of a broader intergenerational community that includes Broadstone Savoie, a luxury multifamily building. Together, these developments aim to foster connections among residents of all ages, enhancing the sense of community. This innovative approach to dining within a senior living context is expected to attract both residents and the wider Bellevue community.
