R+M Dessert Bar to Open in Bellevue with Late Night Service

Bellevue, WALocal News

R+M Dessert Bar is preparing to open a flagship location in Bellevue, located at 1025 108th Ave NE, known for its innovative dessert concepts. Founded in Capitol Hill by chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams in November 2017, R+M has established itself as a neighborhood favorite with hand-crafted desserts and a rotating gourmet menu. The new Bellevue location will not only feature a takeaway boutique for desserts and wines but also provide dine-in experiences for up to 20 guests, including R+M’s signature FOUR Dessert Experiences, Afternoon Tea, and a specialized chef's menu. A private dining and lounge area will be available for larger groups, enhancing the social dining experience. Chef Gambassi emphasized the importance of finding a suitable location that balances space for dessert creation with an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Chef Adams noted the lack of similar dessert experiences in the Pacific Northwest, which inspired their expansion. This new site aims to complement the existing Capitol Hill location and respond to the growing demand for sophisticated dining options. With improved parking and an enhanced menu, R+M Dessert Bar is set to make a significant impact on the Bellevue culinary scene.
