Bellevue, WALocal News

Bosa Development has recently applied for approval of the Main & Bellevue project, which seeks to replace three commercial buildings at 102 Bellevue Way Northeast with three 27-story residential towers. This ambitious development will feature 455 residential units, approximately 756 parking stalls, retail space, and public plaza areas, fundamentally transforming the current site that includes a strip mall and office spaces. Phase 1 of the project will involve demolishing the existing strip mall to construct a 26-story residential tower housing 147 units, with construction slated to begin in spring 2026. The second phase will see the demolition of a stand-alone building and the construction of two additional towers, with Tower 2 containing 153 units and Tower 3 housing 154 units, scheduled to start in spring 2029. The project is designed by Vancouver-based Amanat Architect, known for its innovative designs.

This development is expected to significantly impact the local community by providing modern residential options and enhancing the urban landscape of Bellevue. As Bellevue continues to grow, projects like Main & Bellevue are essential in meeting the demand for housing and improving the overall city environment. With its strategic location and comprehensive planning, Main & Bellevue promises to be a key addition to Bellevue's real estate offerings.
