Spirit Halloween is preparing to launch a pop-up shop in Downtown Bellevue, situated in the former Toys 'R Us building at 103 110th Avenue Northeast. This seasonal store will offer a wide selection of Halloween costumes for kids, adults, and even pets, along with various accessories and decorations to get into the spooky spirit. Shoppers can save on their purchases by claiming a 20% off coupon available on the Spirit Halloween website. The new Bellevue location adds to the brand's footprint, which already includes a store in Factoria. Meanwhile, the site of the pop-up shop is slated for a major redevelopment project, as Hines Development has filed a Land Use application to create a multi-use development spanning 1.

4 million square feet. The current buildings, which once housed Office Depot and Toys 'R Us, will be demolished to facilitate this project. The redevelopment is positioned between Main and Second Streets and 108th and 110th Avenues Northeast, indicating a significant transformation in the area.
