SuperKim Crab House to Open New Location at Bellevue Towers

Bellevue, WALocal News

SuperKim Crab House, known for its celebrated clam chowder and seafood boils, is gearing up to launch a new location at Bellevue Towers, as per permits filed with the City of Bellevue. The restaurant will be situated at 460 106th Avenue Northeast, a site formerly occupied by SEA Crab House. This will be SuperKim's first venture on the Eastside, expanding from its existing location in Seattle. The menu is rich with seafood dishes that draw inspiration from Thai cuisine, offering items such as Dungeness crab rolls, creamy cajun wings, and a unique build-your-own Asian-Cajun fusion seafood boil. Although the specific opening date remains undecided, the restaurant is in the final stages of planning its debut.

The Bellevue Towers location has a history, having previously housed Lot No. 3, which was one of three restaurants that closed in 2020. Heavy Restaurant Group CEO Larry Kurofsky announced the closures, noting that Lot No. 3 had been operational since 2010. This new addition to Bellevue's dining scene is likely to attract seafood lovers and contribute to the local culinary landscape.
