In Bellevue, High Street Residential, part of the Trammell Crow Company, is moving forward with plans for a new residential development at 11040 Main Street. The project proposes a mid-rise building between seven to eight stories tall, encompassing around 350 residential units that will cater to both market-rate and affordable housing needs. The initiative aims to improve local infrastructure, including the addition of a bike lane along Main Street and the widening of sidewalks to enhance pedestrian access. Furthermore, the development will introduce a public plaza, providing over 3,000 square feet of open space for residents and visitors. The existing office building currently housing John L.

Scott will be demolished to make way for this new project, with the company set to relocate to a new office. Designed by Weber Thompson, construction is slated to begin in spring 2026, marking a significant step in Bellevue's urban development.
