With temperatures not expected to exceed 40 degrees, Cold Weather Shelters will operate around the clock starting Monday, allowing individuals who stayed overnight to remain throughout the day. In addition, the Austin Public Library will provide warming centers at select branches for residents seeking refuge from the cold.
