In San Saba, Judge Jody Fauley mandated evacuations as the San Saba River nears dangerous levels, projected to exceed 31 feet.

Authorities in Travis County have prohibited recreational activities on Lake Travis due to hazardous conditions, including elevated E. coli levels. A planned candlelight vigil in Ingram to honor flood victims has been postponed due to the evolving flood threat. Governor Abbott highlighted that state resources are focused on life-saving efforts as conditions worsen in affected areas.
