Little Cranberry Lake Hike

Friends of the ACFL will host a guided hike at Little Cranberry Lake on July 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Led by Ellie Kravets, the hike will focus on the significance of lakes in community forest lands, allowing participants to explore less-traveled trails. Hikers will learn about the ecological importance of lakes and their role in the local ecosystem. For those unable to attend, handouts for a self-guided hike will be available at the Library, ensuring wider community engagement. The event illustrates the bond between libraries and natural resources, highlighting the community's appreciation for local lakes.
