Yeobo Cafe and Bar now softly open on E Madison

Yeobo Cafe and Bar has recently opened its doors on E Madison, revitalizing the space previously occupied by Two Doors Down with a focus on Korean-American comfort food. Chef Mars Minas, a first-time restaurateur, faced numerous challenges including a gas leak and health department regulations, yet successfully launched the cafe's soft opening. The menu features cold case musubi and espresso drinks, with plans to introduce breakfast sandwiches and brunch options in the coming weeks.
