Fall 2025 registration open for Washington Institute for Parent Leadership

Registration is now available for the Washington Institute for Parent Leadership's fall cohort, which runs from October 4 to December 13. This online program is designed for parents, caregivers, and professionals who support families, focusing on developing leadership and civic engagement skills. Participants will attend sessions twice a week, fostering their ability to engage with schools and community life effectively. Since its founding, Washington Family Engagement has graduated over 800 leaders who have made significant impacts in their communities. Additionally, certificated teachers can earn 10 Clock Hours for their participation, further incentivizing involvement.

The program is offered in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience. Engaged parents and caregivers play a crucial role in driving positive change in educational settings. This initiative not only empowers individuals but also strengthens community ties and enhances student success.
