Food for Thought Online Book Group features author Steve Hoffman and French cooking Sept. 18

The Food for Thought Online Book Group, in collaboration with Sno-Isle Libraries, will host an online event on September 18, 2025, from 7 to 9 p. m. Author Steve Hoffman will discuss his memoir, A Season for That, which details an American family's transition to life in southern France. Participants will also explore regional cuisine through Paula Wolfert’s acclaimed cookbook, The Cooking of Southwest France, allowing for an engaging culinary experience. The event is free and open to the public, promoting community engagement through literature and cooking.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link, ensuring that participants can easily access the event. Registrants will receive a reminder email containing the link 24 hours before the event starts. Those who register after this period will find the link included in their confirmation email.
