Frustration peaks as garbage piles up in Republic Services sympathy strike

Republic Services workers have initiated a strike, causing significant garbage accumulation in South Snohomish County. Workers from out of state are assisting with waste collection efforts, while residents can drop off garbage at a recycling center in Mountlake Terrace for a $20 fee.
