The Port of Everett is seeking a flagship dining partner to occupy the last parcel on Restaurant Row, located in the Fisherman’s Harbor district. This site can accommodate a two-story restaurant building with 8,000 square feet of space and features such as valet parking and a rooftop deck. The strategic location provides visibility from both the highway and the marina promenade, with a unique boat-in option available. Catherine Soper, the Port’s Chief of Business Development & Tourism, described the opportunity as a chance to be part of Everett's transforming waterfront. The area has seen significant foot traffic, with over 1.

6 million visits in 2024, and is expected to grow further with new developments. The Port aims to attract a high-end steakhouse or experiential dining concept that aligns with the region's evolving dining scene. This initiative complements the ongoing growth in Snohomish County, which is one of Washington's fastest-growing regions. Currently, 14 eateries operate in the area, with five more planned to open by 2026, indicating a vibrant culinary landscape.
