The Gallery at Graphite hosted the opening of its "Teen Open Call" exhibition on October 10, welcoming over 100 guests. This juried exhibition showcases artwork from 28 teen artists, providing them with a professional platform to express their creativity. With more than 50 pieces on display, the exhibition includes a variety of mediums such as acrylic paintings, sculpture, and digital art. This initiative not only fosters artistic expression but also offers young artists valuable public recognition. The exhibition will run until November 29, marking a key opportunity for participants to gain experience in a formal gallery setting.

Additionally, Edmonds Bookshop will present a Halloween Story Time on October 31, led by local author Ann Marie Perales Thompson. The event will feature readings from her Halloween-themed books, providing entertainment for children before trick-or-treating. Such community events highlight the importance of supporting local artists and engaging families in cultural activities.
