The City of Auburn is set to host its annual Lighted Santa Parade and Tree Lighting on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, a cherished community tradition. The event is free and begins at 4 p. m. with pre-parade activities at City Hall, including holiday music and various family-friendly activities.

The parade starts at 4:30 p. m. from Auburn High School, showcasing illuminated floats, school groups, and local organizations. After the parade, the community will gather at City Hall Plaza for the official tree lighting ceremony, where Santa will help light the holiday tree. This year, families are encouraged to participate by entering creative lighted displays for the parade, with entries due by 5 p.
