An officer arrested a man on November 14 for driving without a license and insurance after stopping him for a headlight violation on Commercial Avenue. The next day, officers addressed a harassment call involving a neighbor and a domestic violence situation, both of which revealed no physical altercations. On November 16, an intoxicated male fell off his bicycle after hitting a parked truck and was treated for chest pain. No damage concerns were raised by the truck's owner, who had already left the scene. On November 17, a tree fell onto an Oak Harbor man’s vehicle on Highway 20 Spur, causing damage but no reported injuries.

Officers took a report and confirmed all necessary documentation was provided by the driver. A disorderly conduct report on November 20 involved a green laser being aimed at a military aircraft, prompting coordination with Seattle Air Traffic Control. Officers advised the public to refrain from actions that could endanger aircraft safety.
